about

I was standing on the street in NY last year. There a street person next to me having a conversation with himself. He was things like "What's wrong with me? Why am I such a fuck up?" And then he said something that broke my heart. He said "Mom, I need you mom." And that was the inspiration for this song.

lyrics

Lost my keys again
Smashed my phone
Another 6 am
Walkin' home alone

Too much alcohol
Too much coke
Last guy in the bar last night
Like a thousand times before

And Mom
I need you beside me
I'm so alone
That smell
Of oatmeal and coffee
In our little home
